Plans have been approved for the Fire Damage Reinstatement of 411-419 Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. CRGP is providing Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator roles for the reinstatement works.

Phase 1 construction works are due to commence on 5th March 2012, with Fleming Buildings Limited appointed as Principal Contractor.

Phase 1 works comprise the construction of a new stone chimney, entire new roof structure and coverings, structural works throughout and the internal strip-out and drying of all properties within the 411/419 Sauchiehall Street building.
