South Ayrshire Council approached CRGP to advance its initial design concept to gain planning and warrant approval for the new build care unit for children and young people, CRGP then administered the building contract through to completion.
The house provides a warm, homely and safe environment for both care professionals and young residents. The house has 6 en-suite bedrooms, an individual flat for a more independent young person, associated offices, a medical store and a utility area along with informal kitchens, dining and living spaces. The building wraps around a south facing garden which is accessible from all communal areas.
