Work has been completed on two phase 1 developments at Linthouse Point in Govan with the delivery of 40 new build Flats and 20 new build Terraced houses for The Home Group and a new Home from Home for Clic Sargent .

The social housing development provides a mixture of Wheelchair accessible flats, 2 bedroom Flats and 3 bedroom houses with landscaped common areas and public routes through the site.

The 11 bed Home from Home for Clic Sargent provides accommodation for the families of Children receiving Cancer treatment at the new Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

CRGP Ltd provide Architectural services of both project which sit within a CRGP developed masterplan for the site.
