CRGP Ltd are acting as Project Architect for the development of a second, prominent office building at Riverside Business Park in Inverclyde. Proposals have been submitted to the Local Authority for the development, which will replicate the phase one Clyde View building in terms of scale, materiality and layout, whilst having it’s own identity through a bespoke design and aesthetic.

Internally the building will comprise of flexible sized office suites to suit a variety of different occupiers. As this is a public funded project it will require to achieve a minimum BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’
