James Watt Dock

The James Watt Dock project involved the masterplan of 137 units on a brownfield waterfront site adjacent to the Grade A listed Sugar Sheds.

A mixture of one and two bedroom flats were provided, including the incorporation of fully accessible and retirement homes for social rent.

Creating a community on the waterside overlooking the Greenock marina and the River Clyde, the masterplan has been carefully considered to ensure an inclusive environment for all.  Incorporating new public pathways and overlooking of new public spaces and play areas, this housing development introduces a new lease of life into the marina and local area.
