CRGP have been commissioned by Westpoint Homes to develop a proposal for the conversion of the Twomax Building into quality residential apartments, with a new build flatted block onto Commercial Road.
The aim of the development is rejuvenate the Twomax building and create a new frontage onto Commercial road with the new build flats, supported by a green open amenity space within the block for residents. The development is proposed to provide 100 units, which is made up of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats.
